Ingredients:
:: 1 can sweet corn (cream style)
:: 1 cup water
:: 3 cup chicken stock
:: 1/2 cup shredded chicken
:: 2 tbsp cornflour (mix in 1/2 cup water)
:: salt & pepper (to taste)
Method:-
1. In a microwave safe bowl add chicken stock and shredded chicken
and cicrowave at 100% for 5-6 min. Keep it aside.
2. In another microwave safe dish add sweet corn and 1 cup water.
Microwave (covered) at 100% power for 5-6 min.
3. Mix together microwaved chicken and sweet corn with stock. Add
salt, pepper to taste.
4. Mix cornflour with 1/2 cup cold water and add to the chicken and
corn and cicrowave (covered) at 80% for 5-6 min. Stir in between.
Stand for 2 min. Serve hot.
