Microwave Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:-
:: 1 cup flour
:: 3/4 cup sugar
:: 1/2 cup curd
:: 1/2 cup butter/malai
:: 1 tsp baking pd
:: 1/4tsp soda-bi-carbonate
:: 4-5 tbsp milk
:: 3 tbsp coco pd

Method:-
1. Grease a microwave safe round cake dish.

2. Sieve flour, coco powder, soda-bi-carbonate and baking powder in a
bowl.

3. Beat curd, butter and sugar, till fluffy and creamy. Mix sieved
flour mixture with the beaten sugar mixture. Add milk and mix it
gradually.

4. Pour cake batter in the greased microwave safe cake dish.
Microwave for 7-8 min. at 60% power. Then microwave at 100% for 1 min.

5. Cool for 10 min. Garnish with your favourite icing.

Tips:-
1. Do not cover while microwaving a cake.

2. Always fill the cake dish to 3/4 to allow space for cake to rise.

3. The microwaved cake may appear wet and undone when removed from
the microwave. Allow to stand for 5 min. It will turn dry on
standing.
