Ingredients:
:: 4 pcs. of full fish or cut into pieces (500 gm approx.)
:: 2 tbs tamarind paste
:: 2 tbs oil
:: 2 tbs onion-garlic paste
:: 2 tbs lemongrass (chopped)
:: 2-3 dry red chillies (soaked in water and minced)
:: 1 tsp mustard sauce
:: 1 tsp soya sauce
:: 1 tbsp brown sugar
:: 1 tsp white sugar
:: 1/2 cup water
:: salt, pepper (to taste)
Method:-
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add oil, onion-garlic paste, soaked red
chillies paste, lemon grass and microwave covered at 100% power for 5-
6 min.
2. Add fish, sustard and soya sauce, tamarind paste, brown and white
sugar, water, salt etc and microwave covered at 80% for 506 min. Stir
in between. Allow to stand for 5 min.
3. Serve hot with rice.
