Masala Aloo Bhaji

Ingredients:-

:: 1/2 kg potatoes (cut into small pieces)
:: 1/2 tsp jeera
:: 1/2 tsp coriander pd
:: 1 tsp fennel seeds pd
:: 1 tsp fenugreek seed pd
:: 1 tsp red chilli pd
:: a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
:: 1/2 tsp gram masala pd
:: 1 tsp haldi pd
:: 1 tbsp oil
:: 1 cup water
:: 1/2 tsp of kasoori methi
:: salt, pepper (to taste)

Method:-

1.In a microwave safe bowl add oil and heat at 100% for 1 min.

2. Add all dry masalas, salt, etc and microwave covered at 80% for 2-
3 min. Stir in between.

3. Add chopped potatoes and water and mix it well. Microwave covered
at 100% for 8-10 min. Stir in between. Standing time of 5 min. to be
given before serving.

4. Serve hot with poori.
