Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:-

:: 4 hard cooked eggs (chopped)
:: 1 boiled potato (chopped)
:: 1 tbsp chopped onion
:: 1 tbsp chopped tomato
:: 1 tbsp chopped coriander
:: 3 tbsp mayonnaise
:: 1 tbsp tomato sauce
:: salt, pepper (to taste)
:: 4 toasted bread or buns

Method:-

1. Blend together all ingredients except bread and microwave for 2
min. at 80% power.

2. Spread the prepared mixture over toasted bread. Place each bread
over paper napkin and also cover with another toasted bread and paper
napkin and microwave on 80% for 1-2 min. or until heated through.

3. Relish the sandwiches with sauce/salsa.
