Ingredients:
:: 250 gm green chillies
:: 1 tbsp oil
:: 1/2 tsp aniseed (crushed) (saunf)
:: 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds (methi dana) (crushed)
:: 1 tsp red chilli pd
:: 1/2 tsp turmeric pd (haldi)
:: 2 tsp tamarind paste (imli paste)
:: salt (to taste)
Method:-
1. Wash and wipe dry green chillies and slit them.
2. Put oil and all dry spicesand microwave at 100% power for 2-3 min.
Stir in between.
3. Add slit chillies and tararind paste and microwave for 3-4 min. at
80% power. Stir in between.
4. Serve with any indian meal.
