Ingredients:
:: 1 can pineapple chunks with liquid
:: 1 1/2 tsp cornflour
:: 2 tbsp brown sugar
:: 2 tbsp vinegar
:: 1 tbsp soya sauce
:: 1/2 green pepper (finely chopped)
Method:-
1. Separate the pineapple chunks and juice from the can. Collect the
juice in a small microwave safe bowl.
2. Add cornflour, brown sugar, vinegar and soya sauce to it. Mix it
and microwave on 80% power for 3-4 min. Stir in between.
3. Add chopped green pepper and pineapple chunks and again microwave
at 80% power level for another 3-4 min. Stirring in between.
4. Can be served over fish fingers, cutlets or any others snacks.
