Creamy Mushroom Soup


Ingredients:-

:: 100 gm mushrooms (sliced)
:: 1 cup toned milk
:: 4 cups water/stock
:: 2 tbsp cornflour (in 1/2 cup of water)
:: 1 tbsp chopped onion
:: 1 tsp chopped garlic
:: 1 bay leaf
:: 4 pepper corns
:: 2 tbsp butter
:: 1 tsp chopped coriander
:: salt, pepper (to taste)

Method:-
1. In a microwave safe bowl add butter, chopped onion, garlic, bay
leaf, pepper corn, salt, pepper and microwave at 100% for 2-3 min.

2. Add water, cornflour to it and microwave at 100% for 7-8 min.
Stirring in between.

3. Strain it and add milk, sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper and
microwave covered for 3-4 min. at 100% power.

4. Dot with fresh cream before serving. Garnish with chopped
coriander.
